Our focus is on proper technique and freshness.  We strive to deliver the highest quality product available at a reasonable price. Through the use of classic American cuisine and artful preparation, we will continually go beyond the expectations of our guests.

Due to the nature of our small kitchen, we appreciate your patience and understanding that our chef’s focus is on quality, not speed. Our craft cocktails also require similar attention. Ticket times may vary with volume.
